Almatec

Almatec has been a leading manufacturer of air-operated double diaphragm (AODD) pumps since 1984. The company is part of the PSG group, which belongs to Dover Corporation. Almatec pumps are known for their massive, solid construction, energy-efficient PERSWING P® air control system, advanced diaphragms, and top-class materials. Production and headquarters are located in Duisburg, Germany.

Technology and Advantages

The operating principle of Almatec’s AODD pumps is based on two diaphragms and air control. The diaphragms act as barriers, which extends their service life. The PERSWING P® air control is maintenance-free, requires no lubrication, and has no dead center. The solid, massive housing dampens vibrations and enables tight tolerances.
