Almatec pulsation dampeners

Pulsation dampeners designed alongside Almatec air-operated double diaphragm pumps (AODD) ensure a smooth flow and protect piping and equipment from pressure fluctuations. They are an essential part of demanding industrial liquid transfer processes where flow quality and equipment durability are critical.

Why Choose an Almatec Pulsation Dampener?

  • Smooth Flow: Pulsation dampeners eliminate the pulsating flow caused by diaphragm pumps, improving process quality and protecting piping and measuring devices from pressure spikes.
  • Compatibility: A suitable pulsation dampener is available for every Almatec pump size and material option – including special materials and ATEX-approved models.
  • High Chemical Resistance: Material options include PE, PTFE, stainless steel, and special materials that withstand even the most demanding chemicals and process conditions.
  • Easy Installation and Maintenance: The compact, simple design enables quick installation and effortless maintenance. No rotating seals, few moving parts.
