Debem Centrifugal Pumps  

Debem’s electric centrifugal pumps provide a comprehensive range of solutions for industrial fluid transfer. The range includes horizontal MB pumps with mechanical seals, and IM vertical pumps designed for immersion in tanks. PP and PVDF versions are particularly suitable for corrosive liquids, while the MB and IM series with open impellers can also handle liquids containing small solids.

MB Series – Horizontal Centrifugal Pump

• Horizontal-shaft pump with a mechanical seal and an open impeller.

• Available with a PP or PVDF pump body.

• Suitable for contaminated liquids with an apparent viscosity of up to 500 cP at 20 °C, and for liquids containing small solids.

• Seal options: TL lip seal or TS bellows-type mechanical seal.

• Models MB 80–MB 180; maximum capacities of 6–75 m³/h depending on the model.

IM Series – Vertical Centrifugal Pump

• Vertical-shaft pump for fixed installation, immersed directly in the tank.

• Available with a PP or PVDF pump body; the design has no internal mechanical seal.

• The open impeller is suitable for contaminated liquids, viscosities up to 500 cP at 20 °C, and small solids.

• Models IM 80–IM 200; maximum capacities of 6–170 m³/h depending on the model, with a maximum head of 40 m.
