Wiggins refueling nozzle

Wiggins high volume nozzles are the industry standard for fast and safe refuelling of diesel fuel. They are specially designed for demanding applications, such as refuelling mining, construction and transport equipment, where high flow rates and reliable automatic closure are required.

Technical features

• Flow rate: The Wiggins ZZ9A1 nozzle allows flow rates of up to 570 l/min with automatic shut-off and minimal leakage. Models with flow rates of up to 800, 1000 or 1200 l/min are also available.
• Automatic Closing: The injectors have an auto-close function that prevents overfilling and reduces fuel spillage. The closure is based on pressure sensitivity and works in both pressurized and non-pressurized systems.
• Durability: The nozzles are made of durable materials such as aluminum and composites. They are UV, ozone and chemical resistant and have a reinforced construction.
• Safety: Many models have a conductive design that prevents the formation of static electricity during the transfer of hazardous substances. The JNX system enables automatic diesel refueling up to 800 l/min without pressure building up in the fuel tank. The shut-off function is automatic, completely autonomous and cannot be overridden.
• Compatibility: The Wiggins ZZ9A1 and ZZ9A2 high-impact nozzles are compatible with existing Wiggins systems and have improved field serviceability.
